This week, cool down and refresh yourself with a tropical twist by incorporating our mango coconut hummus smoothie into your weekend routine. This delightful beverage combines the creamy goodness of Infused Mediterranean Foods' hummus with the sweet and tangy flavors of ripe mango and creamy coconut.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup Infused Mediterranean Foods authentic hummus

  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Ice cubes (optional)
