Gallo Pinto with Hummus Twist

Ingredients:

- 1 cup cooked rice

- 1 cup cooked black beans

- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- 1 teaspoon paprika

- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the chopped onion, red bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are softened and aromatic.

3. Stir in the cooked rice and black beans, followed by the ground cumin and paprika.

4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to ensure all the flavors are combined.

5. Continue cooking for a few more minutes until the mixture is heated through.
