1: Kimchi Falafel Wrap

Ingredients:

- Dalal's Original Falafel from Infused Mediterranean Foods

- Kimchi

- Tortilla wraps or lettuce leaves (for a gluten-free option)

- Sliced cucumbers

- Shredded carrots

- Fresh cilantro or green onions, for garnish

For the Sauce:

- 1/4 cup Infused Mediterranean Foods authentic hummus

- 1 tablespoon Korean chili paste (gochujang)

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari

- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:
